We also cover clean up and other related exposures regarding claims where a chemical has been used. Almost everything you do involves using "chemicals" as defined in the policy. No matter how minor or major a claim all of your claims will be considered a pollutant claim under most policy definitions. Care, Custody and Control Coverage - at policy limits for any property damage claim on a structure or personal property considered in your care, custody and control, i.e. Fumigations, Lawn Treatments, Homes/Buildings where you have access keys, losing those keys etc. We will build a General Liability Policy that fits your business, not someone else's.
